Warp: 8/2 cotton doubled with a 2-yard warp (lilac) and a 2.5-yard warp (turquoise)

132 ends w/ doubled thread (so a total of 264 ends, double-threaded)

EPI: 6 (1-1-1-0 on an 8-reed)

Weft: Each rug used one linen queen-size sheet, ripped in 2 1/4 “ - 2 1/2” strips, which provided plenty of material (with some left over)

Dyed with iDye in colors Lilac and Turquoise

Structure: plain weave

Header and footer: 8 picks of plain weave with 8/2 cotton held doubled

Finishing: hemstitch with 1 1/2” fringe

Finished size: 20” wide, 38” long (lilac) / 48” long (turquoise)
