weaving: chunky cotton slub blanket with hand dyed indigo

Warp: 8/2 cotton hand-dyed indigo + two stripes of 8/2 natural cotton (I dyed this indigo last summer in a friend’s indigo vat)

Weft:  chunky cotton slub (2 tubes = 1000 yards)

16 EPI (8-reed doubled) - 22” wide on the loom

352 ends

5-yard warp

Finishing: Cut the woven length in half, hemstitched all ends, sewed the two pieces together lengthwise
Finished size: 40 3/4” x 60”
