Tango cosmos silk wrap

Warp and weft: 3 skeins of 20/2 spun mulberry silk (100g/ea), dyed with Tango cosmos that Bella grew and harvested on the Purple Carrot Farm

-- 500 ends

Double-sleyed on a 12- dent reed, with four sections of 24 dents sleyed every other, to create lacy inserts

Finished dimensions: 23 1/2” x 93”

Notes:
— I had a good portion of the third skein leftover - I could have sleyed all dents (leaving no empty sections) and still had enough
— This silk dyed, warped, and wove beautifully - would definitely use it again
