Summertime knitting

Pattern: Cloudesley by Isabell Kraemer

Yarn: Autumn & Indigo Classic Sock (75% SW merino, 25% nylon) – 2 skeins (463 yds/ea) in color Overcast

Needles: US 4s and 3s

Size: 3 (41.25” bust)

Notes: Beautiful yarn, a nice weight for a lightweight summer top. The fit is accurate, but I’m not that happy about how it lays - thinking maybe I should have knit it shorter. I wanted a neutral-colored top that I could wear with all of my summertime hand sewn pants and skirts, but the combination of the clingy top and the looser, blousy pants and skirts isn’t really doing it for me . . .
