Return to Maine Collection: A Complete Wardrobe

For the past year, I’ve been working on a huge project: A capsule wardrobe collection. This collection is completely self-contained: the pieces together create a complete wardrobe. Each piece is designed to be worn with the other, the fabrics and colors are chosen so that the pieces can be mixed and matches in just about any combination, and the collection covers every garment that you. need for an entire wardrobe.

The Return to Maine Collection includes seven sewn garments: two tops, pants, a skirt, a two-piece layered dress set, and a winter wool coat. It also includes six knit pieces: a short-sleeve layering top, two textured sweaters, a button-down cardigan, a striped pullover, and two accessories.

We have titled this collection “Return to Maine” because it is an ode to my love of the Pine Tree state, a celebration of my recent cross-country move here, and the pieces will be photographed throughout our journeys and adventures around the state of Maine this fall and winter.
